Deliveries & Collections

Our nationwide delivery service is fast, reliable and competitively priced. We can also arrange an export service if required. All deliveries are charged based on the weight and size of your order. Once an order has been placed stocked goods can normally be dispatched within 3-5 working days. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you. Most deliveries are between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday – Friday except for Bank Holidays. There is an additional charge for a specified morning, afternoon or timed delivery. Most orders are packed in either wooden crates or on pallets. They will be delivered on a large lorry so it is important that any access issues are advised prior to delivery being made so alternative arrangements can be made. The delivery will be unloaded and placed at the driver’s sole discretion; this may be on the drive or kerbside. The delivery driver cannot help handle the goods manually, so it is essential and your responsibility to arrange for a responsible individual to be present. All delivered orders must be examined on delivery and any shortages, damage or other discrepancies must be noted on the delivery note and reported within the specified time period (see Terms and Conditions).

Collections can be made from our tile showroom in Samlesbury, Preston by prior arrangement. Goods will only be loaded on a suitable transporter on which goods can be mechanically loaded with a fork lift truck. Goods collected are transported at the individual’s own risk.

Care and common sense needs to be taken when unpacking stone tiles, spacers may need to be removed from the packaging before the tiles can be lifted out. The tiles should always be stacked and stored vertically on edge but not on a hard surface as this causes unnecessary chipping to the edges.

Due to the variation which is inherent to natural stone and porcelain, we operate a non-return policy. Any surplus tiles will be from the same batch so keeping them in storage is invaluable should any tiles be required at any point in the future.
